I am a blend of highly operationally minded with an equal dose of creativity, and enjoy leading fun, productive, inclusive teams where everyone can thrive and partners/stakeholders have their expectations exceeded time and again.
Creativity and design.
I have 15+ years in corporate communications, product marketing, and sales strategy. Whether it’s a presentation, brochure, flier, job aide, video, or social media tile—I’ve done it all.
Whether tasked with creating something new or following brand guidelines, my work meets the highest standards to ensure it’s impactful, meaningful, and informative.
Leadership and collaboration.
I’ve filled may roles over the years and in that time I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals and teams: sales, product, marketing, operations, IT, security, finance, human resources, procurement, and more.
Whether I was in a chief-of-staff role, an individual contributor role, or leading a team, I’ve had the pleasure of working with both front-line employees, executive leadership, and even the c-suite.
Learning and development.
One of my guiding principles is to never stop learning and I’m constantly teaching myself new software tools, taking classes, or diving deeper on the latest industry trends.
This knowledge is eventually refined into best practices and operational efficiencies with the help of peers and colleagues as I share the latest findings with my teams through 1:1 and group training, discussions, and reviews.
